#My POI Are Bugged on Layton Lake

While I believe that an issue similar to this has been reported about by others, my situation seems to be slightly unique? My POI in Layton Lake (waypoints are the largest problem) have all been turned back green/undiscovered, similar to others, and so I figured I just have to re-unlock all of them. Except, I can't. When I walk up to one of these bugged waypoints, they show up green on my map, but I can no longer unlock them again. I permanently cannot fast travel to or rediscover these waypoints, but I can still use the locker and cabin there. I can unlock new waypoints that I hadn't unlocked beforehand, but the others have just kind of dissipated into the void. This also applies to the information/lore points, but the waypoints being bugged is much more saddening.

Hm. After reopening the game, the waypoints are back, but all of the progress I'd made from my previous session is gone?
