So lately I've been seeing a few diamond mule deer and I killed one myself. I just want to say that the high 260 to low 300 racks are the best looking racks and the diamond racks look awful to say the truth. They are far from realistic. I think we should drop the diamond rating but make the 270+ bucks be harder to get. Diamond would go down to around mid 280s. I want a nice rack to be a diamond and not some super wide horrible character rack to make it. I think the 310+ racks should be flat out dropped and the diamond estimate be lower.

Here's another example of gold racks looking better then diamond racks (the two grey fur types are diamonds and the blonde is the gold). Had no idea this gold rack existed and in my opinion it looks more expressive then any of the diamonds I've killed. It's a little bit tighter (Which I'm assuming is why truracs scores it lower) but it makes up for it with tine length and mass would really like to see this as a diamond rack.

That being said, I greatly prefer Way of The Hunter's muley models over the ones in COTW. The model is far more detailed, and the markings and textures look far more accurate to a real Mule Deer, overall it looks much more like an actual Mule Deer and not just a vaguely deer-like animal.

Most of COTW Mule Deer racks look great, especially the silver and gold scoring racks, but some of the diamond racks are a bit bizarre. We should have a few more diamond Mule Deer racks that actually look like most real monster Mule Deer.

I think they should also be range colored. For instance the ones in rancho should look thinner / more muscle description and tanner color as in mexico they don't have as thick of hair. Verses in SRP they should have thicker / grayer hair and less muscle desription. Left desert / rancho deer. Right SRP deer.

Also, realistically Rancho's Mule Deer should be called Desert Mule Deer and SRP ones should be Rocky Mountain Mule Deer. I'm not sure what Parque's Mule Deer would be.

To be fair...while I can agree with this I also feel like Mule's also have more chance of variety in spikes and tines. The variety in spreads are crazy irl as well.
I have seen some wild spreads in TX that look like Sitka racks and than I seen them also have massive spreads. They truely have one of the most random racks. If anything they should be more random and non typical. I do feel they need to be adjusted but given a wider range.
I understand you want it to look the way you like it but I think that it should be more true to life.
The biggest issue with Mule racks in game are the base of the beam between the burr crown and the brow tines...they are more like a white tail in shape. Also the brow tines are way too close. The brow tines are probably one of the big issues on many racks to be honest. The shape and curves are not correct.

I've got one like that in the 280s who was so huge and eye-popping that I nicknamed him "Freakazoid". Lol I've shot a few diamonds and a few golds that are bigger, but he's still one of my favorite critters I've got in my lodge. He'd be obscene if he had more width.
