Hello, I downloaded COTW through Epic's Weekend and was excited to give this game a try. Upon opening up the game, I was met with a EULA tab but apparently, I did not have a prompt to sign-up for Apex connect. What I have noticed was that on the main menu, the top right of the screen shown that I was logged off (despite never having played or logging in game before), but after a minute or so, it reverted to 'SOCIAL_STATUS' with no additional icons. I tried to invite my friends who so happen to have this game as well but, I was not able to invite or be invited to their games. I made sure to restart, and verify the game's contents with no luck. I am certain that I am connected to the internet as I am able to view the in-game DLC store and view the server browser. I am not sure whether this is a bug on APEX or the game itself?

Is there a way to fully restart the game (i.e.; deleting the save files, and rebooting the game from base) Or is it that not possible?

:C/Users/(User Account Name)/Document/Avalanche Apex/
Try to firstly save your files, delete the contents and reverify you game, theHunter should promptly kick you to the EULA screen and allow you redo the process. This is a nuclear option, but it worked for me

The same thing is happening to me rn.
If you delete your appex account and start fresh you will lose your appex bonus content. I did this in hopes to start fresh and fix a mission lost my Easter stuff I did get a fresh start yet I wish I knew of I would have waited for the patch if I knew it was going to get fixed. And don’t expect to get your Easter stuff back or any of your appex account .
