There’s no denying that the new maps are a step above the older maps, and the older maps are still good, but I think if you take one map and backfill it to roughly 15 species (give or take 1-2), but instead of looking at it as adding, go into it as redoing, like just remove all animals form the map, then restart putting them in to make sure you get the home ranges set up properly with new species added, I would take a redone map once a year with a new map as well.

The home range system has already been integrated into them, the populations and need zones have been restarted and the animals have been reorganized.

Revealing again all the need zones, spawn points and discovering where the animals live is chaos, I'm sure many people would complain about it again, just like last time
