What I propose is a rework of how the rares for the black bear work. As it stands right now the rares for the black bear are disproportional and lack what makes them special.
My suggestion is to make it so the current rares we have cinnamon, brown, and blonde get changed to a 5-10 percent chance of spawning to make them still rare but more realistically common
Next step is to add 2 rares with a one percent chance of spawning

Now you might be saying “but carrion we already have those” well my counter to that is that the GO black bear are already built different enough to be able to justify having these to exist plus all of the black bear go fur types have fabled in front of them.
Adding these rares for the black bear would significantly increase the interest in this species and the want for people to hunt them. Thank you for coming to my ted talk
