Just ideas sorta
.270, 6.5, .30-30: all three could use a bit of a buff and would be nice matched up against the 7.62x54r (Mosin) as class 3-7 rifles.
.300 Could be even more useful as a 6-9 class weapon. Western US guides reccomend the .300 mag for Mule deer regularly.
.45-70 could use a heavy buff and change over to 6-9 or even 7-9, the majority of people using this caliber are not hunting whitetail deer, at least not only whitetail deer. It's got a solid reputation for bigger animals like brown bear, moose, and bison but most hunters would not use it on deer because of the heavy recoil.
Birdshot needs a buff too, geese are extremely hard to bring down unless you are very close.
Alternatively, small predators and musk deer could be moved up to class 3, leaving class 2 for the heaviest birds in game, Geese and turkeys. With this a second birdshot ammo, Heavy Birdshot, could be added to specifically handle geese and turkeys. (Personal opinion: the 10ga should be classed as heavy birdshot from the outset, I seriously doubt anyone with a choice in the matter would use a 10 ga to hunt quail)
Edit: .22H should absolutely be a 1-3 class weapon, it's a very near equal to the .223 and it is easily capable of making single lung hits on springbok and roe deer as long you have good shot placement. It actually does bring down springbok a bit faster than the .223 (Pre-Emerald Coast update) and it would make the gun more useful. Right now, people ignore it in favor of the .22LR/.243 pair, so making it a 1-3 weapon would give more incentive to use it and the downside of the higher noise would be better balanced
Edit 2: The Hudzik muzzleloader should be considered a .54 caliber rifle. Westward expansion and percussion muzzleloaders were developed in response to bigger and tougher game like BISON, and Grizzly bears. I think a lot of people would be very happy to see the Hudzik's Minie ball ammo cover class 4-9, it would be no more unbalanced than the base game 7mm
