I can't connect to multiplayer maps XBOX

I was playing the game and then i had a power surge. When i got back in i tried joining a multiplayer map and it won't let me join any of them. I don't believe it would be that no one in the world is hosting a game right now. Im stuck getting the same message over and over again that my connection was timed out. I clipped it to show you. Please help!!!

I'd try uninstalling and reinstalling the game if i wasn't scared I'd lose my progress

I can host a multiplayer map but i can't join one

And i know for a fact that i can connect to multiplayer matches in other games
