this is dlc and i already did this once and bought i again, also my save file is corrupted.

If you save a loadout where you equip a tent, then place the tent you will get this warning/question.
The same goes for ammo that you use up. Then next time you load that profile or go to the loadout it asks if you want to buy the ammo to complete your loadout as saved.

@clear wigeon i changed all my guns and ammo and none of it saved when i got back on the game, my money was lost that i earned that game also, i haven't done anything with the loadouts

opening up inventory says that i need to buy a tent that i have already bought twice, played online locally and lost all the money and everything i had that game and then the bug comes back up saying i need to buy the blue tent again. i already have bought it twice it and lost money for buying it twice. i was told it was to do with the "layouts" i haven't touched anything with layouts it was the first time i ever booted the game in months, i also have the issue of i have two blue tents now, it says i own of the same tent when i bought the 2nd time

Drag the tent out of your loadout (if you don't own any more blue tents), then save the loadout (press S). The game does this because you placed the tent you had in your loadout and don't have any more.

No, take the tents out of your load out in storage and then save it IF you are not carrying any. If you save a loadout with tents (or anything else like decoys) that gets removed when you place them, the game will “remind” you to essentially fill up again with a new purchase to replace the deployed ones. If you don’t want that annoyance, you need to save the loadout without the item.
