Silver Ridge Peak mission bugged

I am doing missions on SRPs and got to this part in the mission called "Out of her comfort zone" where I am supposed to investigate a area for 2/2 stuff, one is her phone and the other is a bear spray. I found them both but doesn't matter what I do it only says I found one of them. Then the phone you find is on a airhorn sound repeat and still is after picking it up. I've tried restarting the game multipe times but doesn't help at all. Anyone know how to fix? (I've already looked around on the internet before posting this and other people had the same thing happen to them but 3 years ago, and nothing there was to any real help).

Hello @glacial idol I am sorry to hear you are stuck in that mission. Could you let us know what you have tried so maybe we can suggest something else? Have you found the footprints behind the phone and investigated them? Also, which platform are you playing on?

I've done everything and from what I know, I am supposed to go up to the tree to activate the bear which Im supposed to shot. That's the part which isn't working because when I look at the tree it never prompts me to investigate it

Just follow the trail where it tells you to go.
