There is no market for dinosaurs anymore, they are not as popular as before, actually there 5 or 6 Dinosaur games in development using UE5 in Steam, it is very unlikely that Avalanche will design one, even more considering that it seems that they have abandoned the development of Second Extinction

Check out Prehistoric Hunt on Steam. It is definitely an indie game, but whoever is making it is clearly being inspired by theHunter Primal and also theHunter Classic. It is relatively cheap on sale, and is under active development.
