#More Multimounts/Interchangability!

In general, it feels like many of the animals in game are completely left out of multi-mounts which frankly is a real shame considering the potential, I personally would love to see at least one multimount for each species in the game. Even the ability to interchange species on a multi-mount would go a long way, let me provide some examples.

  • Fox's Lunch; Currently it's Red Fox and White-Tailed Jackrabbit, but currently European Rabbit, European Hare, Mountain Hare, Scrub Hare, and Eastern Cottontail have NO multimounts. What if we could change out the species with the choice of Gray Fox or Red Fox, as well as choosing between any of the many forgotten rabbit types?

  • Bunny Squad; Like above, it would be nice to be able to change and maybe even MIX up some of the species together, rather than being forced to use only one species that is exclusive to one map.

  • The Lookout; This is a pretty simple male/female incorporating multimount, would be nice if we could use maybe other species like Springbok, Blackbuck, Pronghorn, Roe Deer, and other tier 3-4 Antelope/Deer species.

  • Headfirst; I would LOVE this multimount...if I wasn't already using my ibexes for the Grand Slam, why not some interchangability with Iberian Mouflon and Bighorn Sheep?

  • Huddles (All); Real talk, having four separate huddles is rather silly in my opinion, why not just be able to click one thing then choose from X tier 3-6 deer species? All the positions are the exact same per huddles even.

  • Play Fighting; I'd like to be able to use the Mexican Lynx with this.

  • David vs Goliath; Honestly, seeing this multimount with any of the big tier deer (Red Deer, Elkes, etc.), plus the two Bison species with interchangability for each goose species would be cool for some more mixing and uniqueness.

  • Emergency Takeoff; Why not make it so the Coyote can be changed with a Red or Gray Fox? And the ducks can be changed out with any of the TONS of ducks?

  • Collison & Tactical Espionage; I put these together because they have the interchangable Puma/Mountain Lion (I'm aware they are identical aside from name. But I would like to be able to change out the Blacktail in Collison for Whitetail or maybe even Pronghorn/Bighorn (as they come from the map as well), and Tactical Espionage would be really cool to see the Roosevelt Elk being able to be interchanged with Rocky Mountain Elk or Red Deer.

  • Flee State; By far this is the one I'd love to see changed the most. This has the potential for all the deer species, I find the lack of incorporation of female animals kind of upsetting as if I get a female rare, unless it's a Red Deer, Lesser Kudu, or some birds, it will never have a multimount I can use it with.

  • Bear Hug; Currently only usable with Grizzlies, but what about Black Bears or Eurasian Brown Bears? Especially with the GO Black Bear, I would LOVE to have Bear Hug with a GO Black Bear.

  • Alpha Wolf; Iberian Wolves anyone?

  • Fangs Out; Gray Wolves anyone? Alright I'll stop but seriously this being able to be changed out with Gray Wolves and maybe Bighorn Sheep would be amazing.

  • Gobble Gobble; Pretty sure that only one, of the three turkey species can be used for this, which is a crying shame.

  • Hot Javelinas; Boars? Wild Pigs? Why not Hot Porkchops 🐷

  • Rival Rabbits; Same as way above, rabbits...rabbits everywhere! I'd like to use em!

  • Moosic to my Ears; I would like to be able to use other pheasants like Ring-Necked or insert any of the tons added with this multi-mount when Revoutuli came out!

  • Also new multimount idea but maybe multi-mounts that are like; What's Quacking? And it's just all the duck species taking off. Same with geese and pheasants, it's just a really nice way to use all these new birds that keep getting added.

In general, I'd like to see more animals getting love on multi-mounts. Instead of being entirely forgotten!

I ran out of room, but honestly going into someone's lodge these days and seeing the same old multi-mounts over and over is very boring and yes you can change positions, layouts of your lodges. But at the end of it all, it's still the same creatures we've seen time and time again, I feel this interchangeability with other species would go a seriously long way in allowing players to express themselves and their hunting more, while giving more opportunity for other species to come back into the spotlight, rather than being stuck to a wall or by themselves due to a lack of multi-mount.

In general, the lodges NEED to be relooked at. It feels like the game is progressing, but the lodges are falling further and further into the dark ages in terms of customizability, as well as overall enjoyability.

@warm niche I totally agree with this statement. It's not a popular opinion because the Devs do a great job and I appreciate all they give us, but we do need to upgrade in the lodge department. I would even be willing to skip a map release and pay extra as well for this.

@warm niche I'm glad I'm not the only that feels this way.

Hey @warm niche ,

Thank you for letting us know about what you would enjoy seeing in the game. Our Development Team is constantly working on new content and they are open to ideas!

I will pass your suggestion on adding more Multi Mounts to the rest of our team for consideration.

If you have any other ideas on what you'd like to see in the game, please feel free to share them with us!

I think one of the underlaying issues here is that multi-mounts should be a generic as possible in terms of what is put on it. If it is for 2 turkeys, then ANY 2 turkeys (male, female, species) should be fine. If you want to have 3 wolves and use Fangs Out, again, it should not matter if they are male or female, gray or Iberian. The mouflon could be any type of goat or sheep. Of course this is provided that there are not any technical issues (a water buffalo would not work, for example, or maybe the horns of a Gredos ibex clip through a wolf's body), but wherever possible, players should be able to decide what they want.
