right now we have no free rifles that can take the birds that were added to layton (turkeys) this suggistion would fix that in the hunter classic 223 is one of the calbuirs you can hunt turkeys with and its a known issue that it stuggles with anything above class 3 so why keep it as a class 2 to 4 right now the only benafit of takeing it over the 243 is the ammo amout i think a good way to balance it would to cut it down to 5 rounds to keep it in line with the dlc version. also it wouldent be a bad idea to add ither a free slate or box call. you could also add a mechianic to switch between call types for the turkey calls. that way you dont need to fit the crow caller in your load out you can bind it to the same key or butten as the drilling uses to switch between shotgun and rifle. the one the current dlc call uses (yelp). and the new one im suggistioning (cluck). its basicly a type of shock call for a slate call its one short downward motion

You can always use a shotgun and birdshot on the turkeys if you don't have a Class 1 rifle. (Though I do think birdshot should be unlocked from the start.) As for a box caller, I absolutely want one for turkeys and another for capercaillie (both as per Classic). I don't mind it with the crow caller, but I just dislike the whole mouth caller animation.

IIRC the only current 1-3 weapon is the bow, right? And even then, only one of the bows, I think the compounds are 1-2, as are crossbows.
