Tbh i think for a new GO a Roosevelt elk would be cool, like maybe looking a bit like the GO red deer, but with vines instead of ivy vines(i think they are ivy). I’d like to see a lot of fur combos w/ them. Plus, I think it would be a great trophy to grind for, and maybe the antlers being like the one in the picture?(its not taken/is me, creds to random person on google for that awesome bull)

I think it would be nice to get a new map along the west coast to give us another map with Roosies and Blacktail Deer. However, that seems far-fetched currently considering that the community is really tired of constantly getting new North American maps

@oblique gorge I agree I would like to see some elk on NZ but it would have to be the Rocky mountain elk. The Roosevelt wouldn't work because they don't live there .

I can answer that
the Roosevelt Elk in Alaska are mainly found in 2 places: Kodiak Archipelago (Afognak and Raspberry Islands specifically) and Southeastern Alaska. Yukon Valley is up in Northern Alaska, where Dall Sheep would make more sense
There are no Roosevelt Elk in Maine or New Hampshire (the states NEM are based on) and the nearest elk herd (Which are Rocky Mountain Elk) live in Pennsylvania, which is still a far distance
