Hello! I have been playing this game for a while now on my Lenovo legion 5 and today it started freezing my whole laptop on SRP. I was able to restart the game but game files were corrupted. I restored files using folder "2" but it happened again 5 minutes in while aiming at some bison.

Nevermind, seems this is a hardware issue because now this freezing occurs elsewhere, including updating bios (I had to force shutdown)😬 I don't think the game could have caused this

I experience this myself on high end gaming laptop. For me it seems to happen if i play long sessions and take alot of photos in game combined with jumping between game and Chrome many times (have youtube on internal monitor while playing on external.) Or/and a download goes of in the background. Need a hard turn off like you say and even 1 or 2 times i had to do it twice with disconnecting power because Steam refused to close the game. But its good, my fault. So to avoid this i make sure i have downloaded all updates to my pc and other clients like gog and steam and battle.net. before launching. And longer setions i make sure to exit the game to Steam and start it again every 4-5 hours(usually i play upwards of 12 hours). But to be super safe you can restart the game every 3 hours. Or atleast go to the main menu every 2-3 hours. I tend to do this in any game i play. Just in case. It data/tech so shit happens and its not perfect. So i try my best to "help it work".😎😅😉🫡
