Soo now that we have a customisation menu for the guns perhaps the different editions/versions of a single base gun from the store could be removed and instead we could get all of that via the customisation menu, that would greatly reduce the busy feeling of the store interface especially if a complete UI rework is not planned.

I personally disagree and think they should remain so that I can have multiple different designs on a single gun. Like with the Zarza .308, I’ve got an all-black design and an all-white design

i wasnt asking to completely remove the versions but to move them somewhere else out of the store and i think the best place would be the customisation menu, or perhaps we could have drawers under each gun with multiple versions, in a way similar to some vehicles in the War Thunder tech tree
we could even simply be able to purchase the same gun multiple times like we can in other games with cars, guns, ships, etc

Honestly, best way to go about it would be to be able to save a cosmetic “loadout” for each gun, where you can save each design you make, name it, etc and be able to choose from ~10
