#Waterfowl altitude and landing.

I’d like to see the waterfowl fly at a lower altitude when coming in to the setup, preferably within shotgun range (about 20-50m instead of about 70-100m).

And I’d also like to see them land properly instead of landing at such a sharp angle or spinning around so much.

I think theHunter: Classic does it alright, so something along those lines I think would be an improvement.

In my opinion this would improve waterfowl hunting, making it a bit easier (which would be very nice for people playing with controllers) and more fun.

Both the approach altitude and the vector and way of landing are different for each species, those that fly the lowest are the Goldeneye and the Tufted Duck, and those that fly the highest are the Ducks, all these factors were introduced 1 year ago as part of the Waterfowl Rework, a change to improve those aspects of the behavior and movement of the animals, something that the community had always requested..
The mechanics you ask for is the one they had before..

I know why and when it was changed, and I think it was a definite improvement. I also know how it works, roughly.
I am absolutely not asking for what they had before, I’m asking for the ducks and geese to land properly like in real life, which they do not do now, and to come within actual shotgun range at some point, and a proper landing would help a lot with that.
The behavior and mechanics of the ducks and geese have definitely improved, but there’s still room for improvement.
