#Crashing when returning to the main menu

Hello!
For a while I've been crashing whenever I'm going back to the main menu after going into any single player map or multiplayer map. Tried turning off pretty much any active background program possible, different video settings etc but still crashing.
Tried googling and doing the standard stuff but without success.
