Nit much to say and it gas probably bwmeen said a million times but my game has crashed three times in the past ten minutes

After the power pack was released and installed my PS4 game started crashing hotfix comes out still crashing issued trouble ticket and got response that they are aware that some systems are still crashing and are working on another patch or hotfix any updates yet?
I am having withdrawals lol.

I tried the clearing the cache thing on my PS4 still the game won't work and it crashes as soon as it hits the loading screen.
