Could you confirm that you have full Apex Connect Account (not limited one), Hunt Club enabled and that you're connected to the internet?
Also please note that Easter Rewards won't be listed among your DLCs but in your Hunt Club Beta community completed events.
The Easter Cosmetic Pack should be in your Weapon Cache. To check if you have it, go to an outpost and from there access your storage.
Select a gun and click on "C" to customize it and you should be able to find the Easter Cosmetic Pack ready to be used!
