Multiplayer never works and support is useless.

Tried everything from port forwarding to vpn, and enabled uPnP, still doesn't work if it's someone else's lobby. My server works fine but when I join someone else's it says "disconnected"

have you excluded the game in your virus checker? This can cause problems sometimes if you don't

you'll need to find that out on Google as I don't use McAfee. However, the process should be similar to Windows Defender. The file you need to exclude is in Your Steam folder at ...\steamapps\common\theHunterCotw\theHunterCotW_F.exe
