Mediterranean Reserve

Seeing as it was one of the reserve options on the April 2023 survey on Wednesday. I thought I would make a post on this map concept. The Mediterranean Sea is located inside of 10 countries: Albania, Algeria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Cyprus, Egypt, France, Greece, Israel, Italy, Lebanon, Libya, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Morocco, Slovenia, Spain, Syria, Tunisia, and Turkey. There are a lot of options for a map like this. If you have a suggestion on where this reserve should be located please comment. But I will list som Mediterranean animals and other stuff.

Some characteristics of this map would be that it rains a lot and is very green. There would be a mountainous region and flat woodland region. There are a lot of returning species but I think the combination and mixture of animals would make this map very exciting.

-Brown Bear: class 7
-Red Deer: class 6
-Fallow Deer: class 4
-Wild Boar: class 4
-Dalmatian Sheep- class 4
-Common Mouflon: class 4
-Chamois: class 4
-Axis Deer: class 3
-Feral Goat: class 3
-Roe Deer: class 2
-Corsican Hare: class 1
Class 1 Birds:
-Ring Necked Pheasant
-Rock Partridge
-Eurasian Woodcock
-Wood Pigeon
-Garganey Duck
-Hooded Crow

DLC Weapon: 6mm Creedmoor(classes 2-6)

Yeah, but with a species of bear and stuff like chamois and hare. It was on the survey so I thought I would make a post on it

The Marsican Brown Bear is officially protected though

Your right but I swear I saw that it could be legally hunted. I will take it off. Also, how do you delete an image in the post? Are there any other species you can think of to add?

The species list looks like the list of animals you can hunt in Croatia, which sits on the Mediterranean Coast 👍

Potential New Bird Species

• Rock Partridge
• Eurasian Woodcock
• Wood Pigeon
• Garganey Duck

You could also get away with bringing back Mallard and Tufted Duck to round out the bird species

You can also apparently hunt crows there (a lot of places seem to allow people to hunt crows) with the species there being the hooded crow

For extra big game species Croatia has both Feral Goat and an unusual species: Axis Deer

I truly believe whatever map we get next will coincide with a Great One Fallow deer, so this reserve would definitely work for that .
