The black bear is the hardest great one to hunt. Every respawn is at a random location and adding the facts that drink times are at night, this almost making grinding them unplayable. I'm sure the majority of players that grind great ones would much rather have bears at a time where you can actually see them.

Not all animals are hunted in the same way, if the current form is too difficult for you then hunt another species

I can see bears when I hunt them at night. It seems you're not using the right equipment.
I do find it funny, however, that a majority of players, especially the Content Creators, have said that Silver Ridge Peaks is one of their favorite maps and also have said that hunting at night is one of their least favorite things, and then EW went ahead and added a Great One Bear and also changed Bear Drink Time on SRP to after midnight.

I would love the addition of bear barrels or baiting so that we aren’t so confined to having to hunt them at night or just to be able to hunt them in a unique way

I personally believe it should stay as it is it makes them by far the most prized great one and getting one takes the effort and skill that a great one should be and it makes it so special and amazing to actually get one of yourself
