I updated my ps4 version, still crashes upon starting ie can't even get past the main loading screen

No just decided to reset my game and it fixed it it was a great choice to start again.

I am having the same problem, just started happening to me yesterday. I have the latest PS4 system update and latest CotW update. The thought of restarting my game is kinda sad. I've been playing this game almost every day for about 20 months

I did contact support, but was told that my game files got corrupted somehow, and there is nothing they can do about it. Which is incredibly disappointing to say the least.
