I played earlier and my loadout was working fine. I've had this issue where my loadout bugs out with a red exclamation mark. My tent, and antler rattler go back to my storage when I exit the game!?! Why does this game struggle so much to auto save and just keep my loadout. Then it says I don't have capacity to pack my own tent and use another because I don't own it?!? What kind of BS is this? How do you think I got the tent placed in the first place? I had enough space to have what I need and placed it down. Fix this crap.

I own this item from DLC and it says I'm missing it. wtf?! When its currently set down and I'm inside the stupid tent

@frosty cairn I believe this is not a bug it's because u have a tent saved in your loadout and when u place it down the game is telling u that u now no longer have a tent in your saved loadout and what's u to buy an other one to replace it

I managed to resolve the issue somewhat but its something to look into and make changes on the devs end.

Well it's red in your saved inventory because its saying u no longer can use this because u use it

I have to basically unequip one or 2 items and then I can pick up my tent. I didn't realize a small fucking animal lure that weighs a few ounces will affect me carrying a tent in my backpack and cause me issues. Great logic there lol

U will see how handy this is when u runout of amo the game will prompted u to get more amo instead of removing it all together

Everyone has a set amount Thay can carry this has nothing to do with the red macker that u ask about.

My advice just choose 2 guns and tent then u should be fine also don't have
And get the pack mule perck when u can to resolve the problem.

Yeah pretty much. I mean i just carry a rifle, shotgun, and sidearm with all its ammo. 2 sights, 2 binoculars, 2 or 3 lures, a bottle of spray, and one tent. I also have a basic $5000 backpack that barely provides much space for items but I'll eventually upgrade it as I progress further.

I assume you know that each piece of equipment has a different weight and that you can only carry 20 units of weight (23 with the Pack Mule ability).
The Tent weighs 6, if you don't have 6 free in your inventory you can't pick it up or have another one in your inventory so they stack..

Also, even if you have the Tent on the wheel equipped, you cannot deploy it if you do not have 0 units.
