Now I can't believe grand lodges have never been thought of. Grand Lodges consist of species from the same country, continent, or biome type and would have similar plaque/ mount restrictions as the new Layton lakes lodge. However, what makes Grand Lodges special is the aesthetic and where mounts can be placed. If you have ever been to a Cabela's, you know how striking Mount Mountain is. Similarly to the new LL lodge, a balcony would be overlooking the mounts below you to take in the beautiful display. Many animals would be on one display with individual scenes utilizing the default positions to tell a story. Towards the top of the display, a mountain lion is stalking an elk grazing below, a bighorn sheep is resting on an outcropping as a mountain goat is scaling the sheer rock face beside it.
Now not every mount needs to be on the mountain there can be several separate sections for more specific areas like lowlands or plains biome. Some sections could even be referencing reserve storylines like the burnt forest in Yukon Valley. It would be unreasonable for every species to be on the same display, so I'm not going to argue for one massive display, however, if any plaques are usable on the walls, you should be able to put anything on them, though the species need to apart of the region. For example, if it is an American continent lodge, you can't have Lions, Side Stripe Jackal, or Eurasian Lynx mounted on the wall.
