The warning calls for many animals are silent, including the wolf and the red deer. I want to play without visual indicators, but this way it's impossible which is really sad. Would be great, if you could fix those!

Can confirm the silent warning calls missing, but will add that red deer is missing ALL audio calls.

A hunting game without working animal calls.. i like harder gameplay (playing without hud and most of the other arcade stuff), but thats a gamebreaker.

Make note if it is a mating call or a warning call, and which sex, because they are not all completely broken. What I noticed as well is that male and female brown bears no longer roar when shot; they do the animation but it is completely silent

Yesterday I stalked a group of Red Deer, one of them spooked and it was the first time I heard its warning call.
I'll try to record some mating calls from red deers, it can be a pain if they decide to not do it while I am recording 🥺

Half of the calls are broken ..there is no sound played. In SP with verified gamefiles in Steam i see the visual indicators for calls, but there is often no sound played - even if the animals are really close.

Yes, everyone should report this issue. When 30 people report the same issue they have to work on this problem.

I just switched over to the New Zealand map and most of the animals calls are silent. Red deer, goats and pigs so far. I was on New England and Mexico and the calls work on those maps. The ambient bird sounds seem less or gone too. Which wasn't too bad at first, some of those calls are way too loud and jarring. But now the maps just feel empty of life.

Still had animals with missing calls in the last sessions ive played. Could be a few less missing than before - but had still enough missing calls..

Its still happening. Played in the last days on Te Awaroa and had multiple times warning calls on the hud with no call-sounds played.
