Puma Mount is missing for new players that Display cat for Parque trophy collection mission.

I’m on Xbox and not sure if this bug affects the other platforms, to make it short and simple is for any new players or those that reset their game that complete the objective to harvest diamond puma and add it to the Parque Fernando Lodge for the Parque Fernando Trophy Collection Mission, Once Added to the Lodge it only Displays The Rocks the puma stands on and not the The Diamond Puma Itself you harvested for the mission.

It affects all platforms (certainly PC), and has been the case for years now. Some players cannot even get that far -- you cannot mount a puma at all. Apparently this happens if you try to mount a Light Brown puma; if it is any other fur variation, it works. Sadly, once mounted, you cannot replace it with something else.
