Swappable uppers i.e.. 300 bk, 7.62x39 for the AR 15s and then add AR 10s and give them swappable uppers also. Those could use 6.5 creed 243 win etc. you get the idea.

The 243 DESPERATELY needs an alternative rifle other than the base vanilla games ranger.

Alternative stocks to further customize rifles and different slides to make premium semi autos more custom as well as maybe other semi auto pistols.

Muzzle accessories, Compensators, muzzle brakes and suppressors and for shotguns add choke tubes, rifled barrels for sabot slugs.

Magazine bundle for all rifles and handguns to accept extended mags. Self defense mags for use against wolf pack attacks.

Baiting mechanic, feeders, salt lick blocks, corn etc. for lures category

Vehicles please
snowmobiles, truck and jeep option would be fantastic, as well as Livestock vehicles such as Horses and Mules are sorely needed especially for places like silver ridge peaks where this is commonplace.

Arctic fox, arctic hares, arctic wolves, polar bear, fox squirrel, beavers just to name some.

Dogs expansion .. for retrieving, flushing, and treeing
Retrievers…Spaniels, Labradors, Golden retrievers etc. just allow them to retrieve waterfowl and flush pheasant and other birds.
Beagles and other hounds would be great for this as well as treeing black bear, racoons and mountain lions. This could provide the random encounter to find bears or raccoons and mountain lions in trees once in a while. Especially if they previously fled from something like the dog on a locator collar. “Introduce a locator device for the dogs” Also just a pointer breed as an alternative to bloodhounds as well would be great.

QUALITY OF LIFE IMPROVEMENTS

Store shopping cart .. add desired quantities then purchase versus click purchase and repeat for multiple quantities

AUDIO individual slider for ATV volume and any future vehicles added

Dynamic Weather for all maps similar to Mississippi Acres, rainstorms, blizzards etc.

1 , 3_ If the components and calibers of the rifles could be changed, there would be no point in launching weapon packs, the studio would not make money that way.
In most countries modifying a firearm used for hunting is illegal.

5_The weapons in the game use the amount of legal bullets allowed for a hunting weapon, adding larger magazines is not allowed in many countries.

6_The feeders do not work in the game, that's what the need zones are for.

8_To add arctic animals you first need a map in the arctic.
Squirrels are not compatible with trees in the game.

9_It would be great to have more dogs but chased animals can't climb trees, it's not compatible

These are all requests and threads that have already been made, you didn't even bother looking for them or commenting within them

Alternate stocks would be nice but probably won’t come and if they do it’ll be cosmetic
I’m for shotgun chokes but everything else in that section is a no for me

2, the weapons do use the amount of legal bullets for most hunting correct, however, with the text saying IE in self defense from wolf packs attacking it makes sense. Yes the extended mags may be used in hunting situations however whens the last time you seen more than 1 or 2 coyotes near eachother. ??? yea .. so a 223 caliber with high cap mag COULD NOT be abused based on the simple fact the user would destroy their trophy ratings on higher animals. Leaving it just practical for pack attacks. yes some other calibers could have it and by proxy have the same restrictions but to say it wouldnt be legal is ludacris.

the climbing of trees is possible for the critters however programming it would be slightly more difficult i admit.. thats why this is a suggestions and feedback section. Being inherintly negative to EVERY idea in the post just comes off rude. to me these sound like great ideas and MONEYMAKERS for the developer. If they could swing it and get the animals to tree up that would be incredible. Just consensus was it would be cool. This is a real tactic of hunting the animals i had mentioned here in the US.

thank you for saying something positive .. yikes.. the 243 could be in a AR 10 platform for just simply having a nicer rifle. The cuomo is loved in my loadouts when i need to stretch the class and cover it but i genuinely would like to see a rifle that was more aesthetically pleasing than the ranger. lol Definitely need the retrievers and something to flush the birds. That would be phenomenal

it’s not legal to hunt over feeders and salt licks in many parts of the US. Food plots is legal (for my area) but that’d require a lot of extra stuff for something that’s basically already in the game.

no sorry ... yikes was the reaction to the other person who was absolutely negative to everything ... and thank you for being positive in something.. theere were other items that person didnt even comment on.. just every single thing that was disagreeable and negative.. you seemed to answer it in an appropriate way. say what you thought about it all ... to many these days only focus on negative. .. anyways yes were not allowed to hunt on the bait pile but that could be written in that it is removed and a temporary feed zone is in that spot but uses script from spray attractants also. they could do it for sure.

@wind jasper so all the links you attached all are simple solutions. there are alot of obvious ways to make these things work and theyre literally pointed out. the scripting for behaviors would be fine.. cannot mock all the behaviors obviously but hunt with 22lr or hornet and a real reason to utilize a .410 cal shotgun .. so .. another piece of a dlc they could sell.

The one thing i think everyone can agree upon is the QUALITY OF LIFE improvements section lol and new vehicles lol for all the gods new vehicles and a shop cart...

I could see that being the case. But the biggest hurdle of all is EW considering it worth all the time and effort. With all the recoding they’d have to do for basically a temporary zone they may deem it more worthwhile to work on new GOs, new species, pre update release bug squashing, etc.

yea.. money is a motivator .. which is why i presented these in a fashion that represents separate ideas all potential dlcs... hopefully it would resonate with enough people. If they did something like that for lets say beagles to tree mountain lions . Even if it was coded for only new maps i would pay significantly more than the 4 or 5 dollars for a dlc.. id get into the areas of 15 ish for that personally.. i think it would wake up the COTW HUNTER universe and stimulate a player base again. lets face it as much as we enjoy the current gamestate people drop off .. level caps and no use to get new skills it relies solely on the animals .. so focus on that a little bit and bring a new mechanic .. feeders seemed to be as rexio linked .. a request already .. people want it shaken up and if there is a hunting game worthy of the stimulation this is it.. for sure. Frankly if the quality of life for the shop was done the post was a win .. lol hopefully ew could see the dollar signs behind some of the ideas to keep this game alive

I think some of the calibers you mentioned would be fun. In bolt actions. I think we have enough ARs. Besides I don't know if they could implement a caliber swapping system.

Also the only "assault" rifle caliber I like to see as a hunting round is the 7.62x39. an excellent 2-5 class round. But much rather see this in a CZ 512 bolt action carbine rather than a ar or AK.

I am not even going to read that long list of suggestions. How do you expect any of us to like your post or not, when it is a big muddy suggestion pool with 'everything' in it. Split it up, please. Just my opinion.
