Maned wolves are my favourite animals. They're from south america, so could be added along with a new map? Other animals in their habbitat include bush dogs, foxes, puma, jaguar, raccoon, skunk, guineapigs, rabbits etc. This could be similar to the spanish map maybe? vegetation wise; some grassland with dry patches? I love these animals and think they would be a great addition to the game :3

It is not a game species, hunting one is illegal in Brazil, Paraguay, Argentina, and Bolivia.
In Argentina the penalty for hunting one is a maximum of 2 years of jail, US $ 500,000 and disqualification to obtain hunting license for 2 years or forever
There is a map in argentina in cotw so we don't needa worry about whether or not a place is legal
Is that there is a suggestion of another reserve from northern Argentina

My bad, I thought in your comment you said hunting in argentina was illegal but as I read it again I see you meant hunting wolf in argentina is illegal
It's a game tho...
I don't play the game cos I like killing animals, I wouldn't do that irl. I like the game cos I get to see the animals up close, as if they're real. It would be more about the experience and photos, than the illegal killing...
Yeah…and ew doesn’t want anything illegal/Endangered on their maps… cough cough black bears on Mississippi don’t exist cough cough
In Mississippi we Hunt Common Black Bears, no Louisiana Back Bears, Common is not a endangered specie
The inability to identify one species from another in real life is part of why all bear subspecies are protected in Louisiana.
However, in the game there is only one species, the common one, it is the reason why it can be hunted, if I am not mistaken in the Codex there is the exact scientific name of the species, however if you want the animal to be removed from the map I will not get to it.
Returning to the main topic of this Thread, to be hunted a species must be a Game Animal (Recognized within a state list and regulated by state wildlife permits), the fact that an animal exists does not mean that it can be hunted.
At least so far that is the policy applied by the study when adding content
