reduce its hunting perssure and its spook raidus you have to get close anyway and can only take 2 to 4 it would be just slightly better then a bow as they can take much bigger game and i think it could be a tad heavyer to insure it stays balanced

While I agree with the hunting pressure part, maybe 1/2 of normal instead of 1/4 like bows, I think the spook radius is just fine as is, because it currently is quieter that the bows in game.

the .45 air rifle is already too good, it is extremely powerful, quiet and already has reduced pressure, you can unload the entire magazine without alerting the animals that are at 100 meters, it is almost like using a hack..
I don't think it needs more buffs
