I have done that, I have rebooted it, even deleted my save. nothing works. all I know is, the game worked fine until the hot fix that came after the new england mountain map. I just would like to know when the crashing that prevents my game on ps4 from loading will be fixed

You can try Defragging your hdd if you have one

It's a corrupt saved game file. If you are using ps plus down load your save and it should work. Also just to be sure take the auto upload feature off for cloud save .
If that doesn't work I hate to tell you but your saved game is toast.
The games auto save feature (the little flashy icon in the bottom left corner) seems to stay on and when you close the game it corrupts the file.
I lost a few weeks of playing and am watching the icon like a hawk. I restarted the new map like 6 times and have just given up trying to play it.
Layton, Hirsch, are very safe. SRP and Parque have had a couple crashes each. All other maps for me are unplayable.
Just watch the little icon in the corner if it's on continuously the game save will corrupt. If it stops good. You can shut down the game. And then manually upload it to the cloud and you'll be safe. I also recommend saving your game file to a USB just to be safe. Hope this helps.
