I feel this would make visibility a bit better as currently at ranges it is difficult to see things at night mostly due to the super strong green color, if it was a little less bright i think it could help a ton

They might not want to change an existing product but I suggest making the next one black & white.
I mean I don't really use NV, but if I relied on that then I completely agree, the green would singe my retinas clean off.

I have never thought that the green was too strong. Only when it is not yet dark enough for night equipment it can be a little bright. But that is to be expected.
