Can you actually complete the "The Ultimate Memento" currently or is there a known bug with it right now? My picture of the sunrise never completes but the other two task of the quest are complete. I have done everything in the videos I have found of people doing it but it doesn't work for me. I found a recent reddit post of other people having the same issue. I have been asking in the help section of this discord but nobody seems to know the answer. Am I doing something wrong? does it have to be a perfectly clear day or something? I have tried 3 different mornings and it is always cloudy.

Ive tried to complete it a handful times as well, regardless of the time in the interval, how clear the sky was and position on top of tower nothing happens when i take pictures of the sunrise
