fix the quests in silver ridge peak, as it stands it will not complete despite all objectives having check marks next to them

Admittedly, I don't care about quests/missions/story-lines, so don't know about them.
But this post seems very un-informative, and it sounds more like something that should be directed towards the bug-section?
