Encountered a technical issue in theHunter? This is the place to share it with us! But first a couple rules to follow to make sure this reporting process is as smooth as possible:

You've found a bug, glitch, or any other technical issue in theHunter? That sucks, but it's important for us to know about it! However, before you start typing in a new post, make sure to search already existing topics for similar issues.

Someone already encountered the same technical issue? Drop them a thumbs up emote to show you're in the same boat. If you have a video, photo or log of the issue, share it in the messages below the post. The more info we have, the easier and quicker it is for us to tackle a bug.

No one found the same bug? Make sure your computer is meeting our minimum requirements. If it does, time to get writing. Create a new post, choose a title representative of your post's content ("this bug I found" is not a good title), write detailed explanation of how it happened and make sure to keep things clear and organized. If you can attach screenshots of videos, do it! Once you're done, reread yourself and don't forget to tag your post (we'll continue to provide new tags if they're needed).

Boom! You've reported a bug. What now? First of all, the community team will read it and add its content to our internal Community Tracker (the tool we use to share your ideas and bug reports with the dev team). Second, you may see people coming to your post to share it happened to them as well - either via reactions or messages. Keep those interactions constructive and respectful. Finding a bug is annoying, but it shouldn't be cause for unrest.

As in the rest of this server, the community rules and guidelines must be followed here. Any aggressivity, name calling, instigation of non-respectful debates, ranting, etc... will be warned or sanctioned.

The moderation team will keep a close eye on these forums to make sure the rules are followed and that duplicated bug reports are kept to a minimum.
