i looked up in chat a bit, the great ones/fabled ones, as explained to the audience during TK's stream, are meant to be rarer than diamonds. Not all of them are Nontyps. He said they will all be some sort of unique, the examples he gave are like campfire folk stories in a way. Think of it like fisherman's stories, no one believes the guy telling the story about some legendary massive catch. And the example TK gave of what one might look like is like a bear. Level 10, visibly larger than other bears, has scars all over it from fighting or something, or a wolf on Yukon with burns. The animals are meant to be diamonds, except rarer with a personality/character to them.

They knew they'd wipe the lodges so they made certain animals melanistic to help us fill them again

For what I've seen only albinos became null, melanistic either remain unchanged or changed into grey or some other variation

I don't know every case but now that I think about it, didn't all the melanistic change into greys if grey was available?

I did have melanistic grey wolves, those were also changed

I think all. Mine got REALLY messed up

My 400 hour lodges were wiped after the last patch so I've pretty much given up on achieving anything in the game

In the weeks after that they finished adding all the bug fixes, most probably the problem originated from one of those we didn't test

Water buffalo were busted in the beta then released busted, that was the main bug

I thought the whole point of the beta was to test buffalo trurack

Thats what happened, the beta was to test Water Buffalo Truracks, which were busted with 7’s and 8’s making diamond then released in that exact same state

I got two level 8 diamond buffalo in 30 minutes of playing on Parque
