Speaking of flies I had a resent outbreak of these mystery flies in my house, I don't know where they were coming from and I feared they came from the rabbit hutches indoors, but the rabbits were free from the harm of any fly strike, and they flies were only interested in trying to escape the windows were they died, but over a space of 3 weeks I would come home to find 2 to 5 hanging around my windows and door frames each day, got fed up of spraying and cleaning them up, and as you can see I still find them

these are Waterfowl photos, i took last spring when i was still able to go out, theres a nice mix of mallards, canada geese, and a few coots, maybe a moorhen, and a few mixed breeds of ducks in some shots, its always nice to get close ups, but getting them to stay put and time the shot right takes a great deal of patcince.. but these are my best so far.. 🦆 📷

yeah my mum took the family into isolation before even the first lockdown, 7 months later, we have no ills and the family spared themselfves the virus as the communitie falls fowl, with their house/bar partys and street get to gethers.. and blank refusal to compley with the lockdown rules despite their own safty,, then the school forced mum to send my siblings to go to school with fine threats, claiming their bubble systerm was covid safe,, 1st day back and little brother William comes home with Covid and gives it to everyone... 🙄 luckly the effects have been mild, and mum i beleive is on her way to recover.. though she was already feeling ruff from suspected long covid.. she may have had it twice but she is strong.. and has pleased Apollo somehow.. 😌

Sweet! My seasonal Snowleopard update arrived today, i hope its more good news, i know the covid crisis has been hard on wild and domestic life chariteys, how i envy those who get to photograph such beutiful rare animals out there, in the peaks so cold, imagine being up there with a hot coffee watching the sunrise peak above the clouds, it must be like pretending to be a god... 😄
