#Enlightenment stop proccing if your attack speed is too high

I had an attack speed of 4.0 and an attack speed power up made it stop proccing until the power up expired, there was no SFX and it wasn't pushing enemies away

I had the same issue using Bloodstained Wrappings: Vitalizing, Scars of Toil: Sacrifice, and Wind Crown: Tail Wind. Enlightenment would just stop working at higher attack speeds. If I purposely took damage to lose the Bloodstained Wrappings: Vitalizing extra max health, it would start working again until the bonus got too higher.

Here with around 5 attack, it was still working:
