Add boots that give defense but don't give block. The issue with plate boots is that if you're going for a thornfists + defiant plate build, having more block chance actually reduces your DPS, as you want to be taking damage in order to dish out damage. We already have boots that give block but not defense (elven slippers), so it only makes sense to also add the inverse.
