#Piercing Wind and related trait bug on Archer

While doing a Main Weapon Only run, I was not allowed to upgrade Piercing past +2.

(pic 2 - trait history)
The game would not give me access to "Proficient Stance IV +2 Piercing (Main Weapon)". As you can see, the game would not roll the trait, and the trait is not in my history.

(pic 3 - stat page) I was stuck at "Piercing 6" with "Piercing Wind Trait +2".

(pic 4 - Piercing Wind trait history) The last Piercing Wind trait I was able to pickup was "Level II", and not again after that.

Piercing only goes up to II.
