Opt out of ability choice

I would like the ability to not pick an ability if I so choose upon picking up a scroll. Smiliar to how items work if you choose not to take one.

also would be good to be able to disable abilities that u picked like your basic attack can be disableb

like clicking on the ability on in the game toggles it on/off
