#Shadow Curse "vendor" doesn't display the correct tier for Energized Ball if you already have Tier 1

I currently have Energized Ball tier 1, and I just ran into a shadow curse vendor offering the same tier I already have.

Thankfully, this is just a display bug, as taking the skill buff did in fact set me to Tier 2.

I believe I've seen this problem with a few other skill upgrades as well, but I can't recall which.
