The scripted appearance of corruption in dark halls that kills you. In one place, according to the script, there are 3 blight explosions. There is 0 chance of reviving an ally without damage or death, and your allies and minions will activate a corruption explosion.
There's a huge amount of fixed damage on trinkets that doesn't make sense on NG+. I don't understand their presence when you have one physical attack that deals 1000-2000 damage, and you are given a trinket that deals 50 fixed damage and it doesn't scale from attributes in any way, there is no damage increase. Especially if you're playing as a rogue and playing stealth, then aggrandizement of mobs also prevents you from playing.
A huge disadvantage of the game is the lack of percentage damage scale from trinkets and some abilities.
A large number of talents that are useless and do not cause damage, such as the Fire Rush of the Sorcer, the Poison build of the Robber, the builds through summoning, the damage from the fire of the magical barrier of the Wizard.

Archer is the most useless class in the game, the worst. The bow does 50% damage, and the attack range is very low. At the same time, skeletal opponents in 4 locations have unlimited attack range and hits the entire map. No one uses the archer's alternative attack, which is a joke compared to the axe's circular attack.
And of course, magical weapons such as a staff, a magic wand, and a book are the most useless trash. It makes sense to take them only if you want to get character characteristics from them, otherwise it's garbage. No one ever hits with a normal attack from a magic weapon.
No cursed trinket on the chance of magic critical damage.
The whole NG + boils down to physical damage and magical power, for 90 hours of the game I did not understand the meaning of the presence of damage from fire, cold and other elements.
You have a lot of money that you can't spend and there's nothing to do with it.
Grind NG+ boils down to leveling up the strongest and most unstable character, and then using this high-level character to drag weak heroes, stuff, swing, and a friend you can upgrade.

You play the strongest build because it is impossible to play through other promotions (specialization). If one build has HP lich/healing, then it is ofc better than anything. There is no point in playing on high NG+ without healing or blocking damage/damage reduction, like the berserker Warrior.

Variations of builds come down to the strongest and most stable.
I have thought and tried to assemble a mage through attributes many times, but it all makes no sense, he would need to add focus in talents or a bonus, it would be much more pleasant
I can write about every class, everyone has problems.
Here are the top builds that are easy to complete:
Rogue through execution, (I would like to somehow increase the chance of a mage crit or crit in general, but the build is based on physical crit and damage)
Warrior berserker due to infinite warcry and damage reduction of almost 60%
Wizard through fire rain and CDR skills, simply the best build and cannot be compared with any other.
Sorcerer only through fire due to healing, lightning is also good, but due to the lack of survivability it does not make sense in high NG+
Paladin is the only seemingly average character, where all 3 specializations are approximately equal in strength and benefit.
I won't talk about the archer, the worst class. It's impossible to play. Why do your wolves update every time you enter a level? Why don't 2-3 wolves appear at once, but only one, you have to wait a huge amount of time for all the wolves to appear. Another point is that there are no trinkets to improve minions, builds through minions are the worst. The same situation with Hydras, you can't make more than one summon.
