I think an option to allow for spells to be quickcast on key press instead of key release would make some of the high apm classes feel much smoother to play. Trying to weave primary item ability, secondary item ability, and spells on heroes like the rogue is not very fluid at the moment.
I understand it might not be appropriate for game balance, but if balance isn't an issue this change would be greatly appreciated.
