The Killer Physique talent which increase your health regen by 2/4/8% per stack of Killing Spree is not working.

Tried with 0 stack : 40 health regen value displayed on my character info
Tried with 10 stack : still 40 health regen value displayed on my character info

Repro 5/5

Low severity, but it break the optimization of a full regen build on the warrior

I want to second this. I just experienced 0 change in the hover over the health regen while 10 stacks of killing spree were active and the hover did not include killer physique, nor did the health regen visibly change at all with or without killing spree active. Please fix this so that I can pump vitality, luck out on the dragon heart, and have stupid high health regen.
