Odd door creaking sounds while paused in the barracks?

See attached video (it's pretty quiet, you may have to turn it up), I've confirmed it comes from the game by muting the game while it occurs and noting the disappearance of these noises.
It just constantly makes random creaking noises for no reason, I thought my earbuds were acting up o.o
