Warlock Chaos Rifts uncapped if not host - massive performance issues, and can melt bosses

If youre not the host of a multiplayer lobby, your chaos rift portals seem to be uncapped. this not only allows for insane damage, but also can cause massive performance issues like i had on the snake boss where the game almost crashed. i thought it was going to crash on us but thankfully not.

Yeah had a lock in a lobby last night on snake boss and crashed my connection.

I was a host on a lobby and my partner was crashing. I wasn't seeing the multiple portals, but he was.
