Doing a run right now and a level or two ago I noticed Whirlwind was not doing any damage. I normally leap in > war cry > whirlwind.
I tested Whirlwind alone and with leap > WW and no issues there.
Have no direct idea what happened but it was right around me moving some of my equipment and switching around weapons while in a run.
