really mana regen is the odd one out. crit chance also shows a whole bunch of sig figs, for example. but yeah, the long decimals are a bit silly

When I looked at spell gear it was all off.
Would say 5% crit chance.
When you looked at what it actually gave it was only 3.4%.
I was very confused.
yeah, not matching the tooltip seems to be a case where it's not actually adding to your crit chance but instead multiplicatively reducing your chance to not crit. i.e. instead of having a 10% and 5% be 15%, it's 1-((100%-10%*(100%-5%)) = 14.5%
This is more feedback than a bug
That'd imply it was a deliberate decision to do this, which I somehow doubt is the case
