Hey guys all my progress and character reset is gone. Went to bed last night no issues. Just got on and everything is gone? Any idea what happened?

I'm not a hoe2 dev, but I've done plenty of software and game dev. I've told people that those save files look like a very common way of storing rolling backups. So hopefully the hoe2 devs will either automatically scan through them and restore to the non dead save, or give you a tool or option to do it yourself. If you keep playing after your save is corrupted, the corrupted ones will eventually overwrite all the good snapshots though.

technically, maaaaaaybe, you can find where those files are. Then you can copy them safely somewhere on your computer for a backup. Then, in the original folder, you would rename the last modified one to 0.hps, and delete all the others ones. Finally you would start the game and pray that it restores your previous state
